Privacy Policy

Brandtisers Media respects the privacy and confidentiality of every client. Any login credentials, business information, documents, customer data, advertising data, payment details, creative assets or other confidential information shared with us will be used only for providing the agreed services.

1. Protection of Client Information

Brandtisers Media will take reasonable security measures to protect client information and account credentials from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration or loss. Credentials will only be accessed by authorized Brandtisers Media personnel when required for the agreed work.

2. Responsibility When Credentials Are Exclusively With Brandtisers Media

If account credentials have been shared exclusively with Brandtisers Media and have not been shared with any other person, employee, agency or third party, Brandtisers Media will be responsible for investigating and addressing any security incident caused by our negligence, unauthorized disclosure or misuse by our authorized personnel.

Any responsibility will be determined after reviewing login records, account activity and other available evidence.

3. Credentials Shared With Client’s Team or Third Parties

If the client shares account credentials with their employees, team members, freelancers, vendors, agencies or any other third party, Brandtisers Media will not be responsible for any loss, unauthorized activity, account suspension, data deletion, security breach or misuse caused by such persons.

Brandtisers Media will only be responsible where clear evidence establishes that the incident was directly caused by Brandtisers Media or its authorized personnel.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate and authorized account access.

  • Inform Brandtisers Media about every person who has access to the account.

  • Avoid sharing passwords through unsecured channels.

  • Enable two-factor authentication wherever available.

  • Immediately inform Brandtisers Media if suspicious activity is noticed.

  • Change passwords when an employee, freelancer, agency or team member no longer requires access.

5. Security Incidents

In case of suspected unauthorized access or a data breach, both parties will cooperate to secure the affected account. This may include changing passwords, removing unknown devices, reviewing account activity, enabling two-factor authentication and contacting the relevant platform.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Brandtisers Media is not responsible for security breaches, outages, policy violations, account restrictions, hacking incidents or data loss caused by third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, hosting providers or other external services, unless the incident was directly caused by Brandtisers Media’s proven negligence.

7. Confidentiality

Brandtisers Media will not sell, disclose or use the client’s confidential information for any unrelated purpose without permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

8. Access After Service Termination

After completion or termination of services, the client should change all passwords and remove Brandtisers Media’s access. Brandtisers Media will stop accessing the client’s accounts and delete stored credentials when they are no longer required, subject to legal or contractual record-retention requirements.
